FREEZING TEMPERATURES
If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Delays may occur due to weather and holidays, shipping companies during this time do not always "scan in" the packages when we give them. Please email Crazy4castors@outlook.com if it has been 7 days from the last time the package moved, not since the order shipped.
Orders typically are shipped in up to 10 business days. On occasion there are delays from shipping companies and weather that are out of our control. Please feel free to email Crazy4castors@outlook.com anytime for a shipping update. We always do our best to fill orders as soon as possible.

West of the Mississippi rates are higher because we are shipping from Pennsylvania. Shipping fees substantially increase when shipping from Pennsylvania to states west of the Mississippi.

Our shipping rates may be adjusted according to market conditions or whenever our Carrier makes a change to their shipping rates.
Alaska and Hawaii
We do NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
CANADA
DIY Products cannot be shipped to Canada, so we are NOT able to ship to Canada. This is a DIYPaint.co policy that we are required to follow.
DAMAGED & MISSING PACKAGES
We ship our products via the US Postal Service or UPS
Missing packages need to be reported to the Shipper's Customer Service web page.
Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the Shippers website. If it is past the 24 hours of the package being delivered, you will have to submit the claim with Shipper and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items.
You will need to provide pictures clearly showing the damaged items within 24 hours of the package being delivered. After we receive the pictures we will determine if replacement items are available. If replacement items are available we will reship whatever is damaged, if replacement items are NOT available we will send a refund.

Without the photos, we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your damaged items. In those cases you will need to submit a claim to Shipper to receive a refund.
Please note, you will need to keep the box and product so the Shipper can process the claim.
